HAIR TREATMENT

A natural traditional mask is massaged onto your scalp to nourish and revitalize your hair. During the treatment a head and shoulder massage is given so that your blood circulation is stimulated and brings relaxation. To maximize the benefits of the mask, the hair is not blown dry leaving it shiny and soft to the touch.

A comprehensive therapy of the central nervous system which involves a soothing massage of the head, neck, shoulder and spine. Shiro Lepam is an extension treatment with the application of herbal steam and herbal paste on the head. These treatments are performed on a chair. It is an ideal treatment for headache, depression, hyperactive conditions, burning-sensation in the eyes, insomnia, skin disorders, dandruff, premature graying and hair loss. Also increases concentration and improves sleep.

NETRATARPANAM

Medicated ghee is filled and then retained in a receptacle made over the eyes with black gram paste. Prevents eye-diseases, especially night-blindness and blurring of vision. The Ayurveda  warm oil massage is an Indigenous traditional, a technique employed to stimulate and balance the Dosha (the spiritual part of the body). This mental and body relaxation treatment is provided with a special blend of essential oils, with healing properties, warmed just before its application on the body. It helps to improve sleep, eliminate toxins and brings relaxation and comfort.

In this treatment, medicated milk is heated and the steam is passed over the entire body. It is effective for numbness, headache, allergies, nervous disorder and paralysis.

Navara rice (a special type of rice) is cooked to paste in a mixture of  cow's milk and herbal decoctions. It is then tied into bags, dipped in the same mixture (cow's milk and herbal decoctions) and vigorously rubbed all over the body to induce sweat.
Enhances physical consistency, strengthens the nerves and improves the appearance of the skin. Also, cures nervous disorders, rheumatism, osteoporosis, arthritis and dysfunction of limbs. 

This consists of a gentle face massage using the special Ayurvedic Oil named Rose Beauty Oil, which stimulates the energy points on the face followed by herbal face pack prepared with specially made herbal powder and fresh cream. UDVARTHANAM

HONEY MASSAGE

Honey massage exposes the skin to a natural humectant (honey), a substance that facilitates the retention of water. By moisturizing the skin, the honey massage helps the patient to feel healthier. At the same time the honey massage produces noticeable changes in the skin. It can transform the skin in two different ways. It can aid the removal of salts and toxins, and it can promote nourishment of the skin.

The central portion of the body is called Kati. Vasti implying it is a container. Kativasti is an effective therapy for Katisula, which is the term for lower backache or stiffness or pain felt along the back. The effected area may be gently massaged with the same treatment oil. Following kativasti, the guest is advised to rest for a short while.

UROVASTHI

Specially prepared warm medicated herbal oil is kept over the chest region using a herbal paste boundary. The effected area may be gently massaged with the same treatment oil. This treatment is recommended for asthma, respiratory problems, heart diseases and muscular pains.

Specially prepared herbal paste is applied all over the body, revitalizing body tissues. This treatment is excellent for sunburn and dry, damaged skin.

WARM STONES MASSAGE

A full body massage starting with a traditional herbal oil massage and then continues with the warm stones. Smooth and warm stones glide across your body in long, flowing strokes. The heat helps to relax the muscle and has a shooting effect on your emotions. Stones are positioned on the various energy body points to develop the healing potential.

PADAGHATA

This is a very unique whole body massage using feet instead of hands. It removes deep seated pain in the joints and bones, Deeply relaxing, Helps in removing toxins from deeper tissues, Removes excess of fat.

MUD THERAPY

Mud is one of five elements of nature having immense impact on the body in health as well as in sickness. It can be employed conveniently as a therapeutic agent in Naturopathy treatment as its black color absorbs all the colors of the sun and conveys them to the body.

Secondly, as the mud retains moisture for a long time, when applied over the body part it causes cooling. Thirdly, its shape and consistency can be changed easily by adding water

CLAY THERAPY

Clay is renowned to have many uses in promoting health in plants, animals and humans. Bentonite, Montmorillonite, Pascalite, and other types of healing clays, have been used by indigenous cultures since before recorded history.  Naturally absorbent and extremely gentle on the system, bentonite clay can treat various skin and internal ailments, attracting and neutralizing poisons in the intestinal tract. It can eliminate food allergies, food poisoning, mucus colitis, spastic colitis, viral infections, stomach flu, and parasites (parasites are unable to reproduce in the presence of clay). There is virtually no digestive disease that clay will not treat. It enriches and balances blood. It absorbs radiation (think cell phones, microwaves, x-rays, TVs and irradiated food, for starters). It has been used for alcoholism, arthritis, cataracts, diabetic neuropathy, pain treatment, open wounds, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, stomach ulcers, animal and poisonous insect bites.
